Atlantic New Year: Canary islands & Madeira.
New Year celebration is something we all waiting for, as a gateway to a new part of our life. Somehow this day became a milestone to a lot of processes: some one would promise to go to the gym, and others will build a financial plan for whole year.

We start our New Travel Year with a new adventure.

There is no better way than taking big yachts, and sailing mighty Atlantic ocean.

We will start on Tenerife, sail to Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote. After steer our vessels north-north-west, to Madeira archipelago. Anchor next to Porto Santo, and dock in Funchal, Madeira for New Year celebration. Isn't it a fantastic plan?

Let's Rock & Roll
Day 1–2
Tenerife.
Upon arrival we will come to our yachts, leave luggage, order goods and fresh water, then get some car rental, and explore the island. We will spend here till next night, so there is enough time to see main spots of the island.
We will leave the island around 7 pm. This way we will be able to reach Gran Canaria early in the morning, and have enough time for a ride around the island before we leave to the next one.
Day 3
Gran Canaria.
We arrive right after the sunrise. The island is waking up, and ready to show us the beauty of its dunes, and hidden small towns. We have time till night, when we will leave to our next destination.
Day 4
Fuerteventura.
Sun is rising and again we are arriving to the next spot. Island covered with sandy desert. The plan is the same as yesterday, we drive through the sightseeings, and departing to the sea in the evening.
Day 5
Lanzarote.
This island looks like Mars. Here we will not only look at the alien landscape but also buy goods and get ready to spend couple days in Atlantic ocean. In the evening we are setting our course to island of Porto Santo.
Day 6–7
Atlantic ocean.
This is the main meditation part of the trip. We sail to another archipelago, and it will take two days in the ocean. With no land, no cellphones, just ocean, sails, and friends.
Day 8
Porto Santo.
After two days in the sea you feel something weird. Smell! Smell of the land! And in half a day you already see the mountain, and everyone onboard is happy, we arrived to legendary archipelago. And first of all we visit the island which was the home for the guy who discovered American continent 500 years ago.
Day 9–11
Madeira.
This is time to get ready for New Years celebration, so we are moving to Madeira. Marina Funchal is our home for the next 2 – 3 days. Eucalyptus trees, beautiful mountains always covered with clouds, tons of exotic fruits and drinks — that is how our year will begin.
Day 11–13
Atlantic ocean.
The time has come to leave Madeira and set sails towards Canary archipelago. Two days in the ocean again, as the beginning of a new year.
Day 14
Tenerife.
We are back from our adventure.
